RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchange, Refund Policy and Non-Exchangeable Products
- Same product different size can be exchanged
- Please enter your order number via e-mail (email@example.com) within 7 days of receipt of the item and complete both notification and return shipping. (Calculated as 1 day from the date of receipt of the product)
- Exchanges and returns because of a simple change of mind will be charged a round-trip shipping fee (*varies depending on the volume of the product).
- When you get a refund, the amount excluding the shipping fee will be refunded.
- The refund will be made in the way you paid, and the refund amount will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
- When we complete the return parcel collection request, the courier will visit you at the appointed place and time. Please request an exchange/return and return it through the courier we send you.
- Must be the same as the first shipment without wear, tag removal, washing and damage. If it's not the same, exchange or refund is not possible.
- Polybags and dustbags that were delivered with the product must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Exchange or refund is not possible without an outer box.
- Discounts and event products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed after the return or exchange period has elapsed. However, if there is a defect in the product, you can exchange/refund it, so please contact us through the website or email.
Product defects and misdelivery
After receiving the product, if there is a defect or misdelivery in the product you ordered, please write down the order number in the e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If it is recognized as defective through inspection after receipt, exchange/refund will be made without shipping fee. However, if there is no defect in the product, the shipping fee will be charged.
Refunds will be made by payment method and the refund amount will be paid within 14 days.
* Failure to comply with the procedures set forth above or follow SEEL's instructions shall result in the Customer being fully responsible for the cost of return and for any loss, theft, damage or delay in return of the product.
